上一次简单介绍了 Wordpress 。这一次主要讲一下 WordPress 的主要特点。WordPress 有很多的特点，比如说可以自由的发放，符合Web标准，速度快，而且免费；默认设置十分友好，可定制性又极强。可以说 WordPress 是一款非常优秀的个人网络发布平台。
许可与平台
许可: WordPress 基于 GPL 协议发布。
平台: PHP (v4.2 版本以上) 和 MySQL (v3.23.x 版本以上)。
管理
- 本地安装: WordPress 可以安装到一个独立的服务器上，也可以装到虚拟主机上，或者局域网，个人计算机上等等。
- 便于携带: WordPress 的核心文件组织在一起，利用相对路径，所以可以安装到任何你需要的地方，路经不会受影响。
- UTC友好: 通过设置与 UTC 的时差，方便地保存为国际标准时间。这样，即使访问者和你所处时区不同，也可以显示出正确的时间。
